In 1971, Bo Hilleberg, a professional forester, founded his own company and called it Hilleberg AB. Two years later, Bo developed the first commercial tent to have a connected inner and outer, a design feature which has since become the norm for high-quality tents. Since then the Hilleberg brand has continued to lead the market in tent design and manufacture, with the end-user in mind at all times.
