This is a great product. Very high quality and well-built. Will probably last a life time. Thank you Woodlore. Very well package & fast delivery by Woodlore. I probably will do an unboxing video for the product later as I am still buying other outdoor bushcraft items.

Beautifully made and perfect for the open fires with a solid wide base. The lid is big enough if you need to cook in it, and the handles stay nice and cool. If I had to say anything negative; the storage bag feels a little cheap with a poor fit. Anyways, five stars. Highly recommended

This pot is known around the world as one of the greatest. The problem being an American is the product availability overseas. Not every retailer chooses to ship to the US. Thankfully I put my trust into Ray Mears and Woodlore and the Eagle kettle arrived as described and promptly.
This pot has already been put to the test, and it's perfect! It boils water over the fire easily without the need to remove the lid for inspection. The pour spout is large enough to shine a flashlight at night or to peep in during the day to inspect your water is boiling or not. The next feature is the spout itself- put simply, it works! Water pours out like you'd expect without water dripping backwards down the pot. The pot also comes with a bag to put the soot covered pot in until you clean it so you don't mess up your gear in your pack. The handle's act as a heat sync and in my experience using a pot crane stayed cool enough to handle by hand right out of the fire, obviously this will vary depending on set up, but for me I was impressed.
Overall I'm glad I went with this pot as I feel it will last me a lifetime and can be passed on to my children.

A fantastic quality kettle, it pours really well which surprised me. Its relatively low profile makes it easy to pack or fit inside a larger pot and the bag it comes in will keep your kit clean.

Love this kettle was a great price and great quality! Happy to have found this website and also excited to use my new kettle. Highly recommend this site for other outdoor needs.

All round brilliance - pours beautifully, fits snuggly on top of our shepherds hut wood burner with the lid raised so the flame is against the kettle. The handles stay cool, it has a large opening lid which makes it easy to fill and easy to clean, this also polishes up well. We love it.

Had my eye on this beautiful looking kettle for a while. Took the plunge and so glad I did. Well made and works extremely efficiently. I fit quite a bit of kit inside for storage as well. Things like a Trangia burner with pot cross stands, lighter, cloth etc. You won't be disappointed if you buy and I bet it will last forever.

Works great on the induction hob too.

I've been using this kettle a ton in the past several years of owning it. Recently my brother took interest in my bushcraft and fell in love with this kettle, so much I needed to get him one of his own!

I'm really happy with this kettle, it's built to last. I have used it a few times already and it suspends over the fire beautifully. It's worth every penny.

Ordered this as a Christmas gift two days before Christmas and it arrived two day after Christmas very quick shipping seeing how it was going overseas. The tea kettle works like a charm and is great quality. If for what ever reason it breaks I would order from here again.

I own the smaller 0.7 litre kettle but I wanted the larger 1.5 litre for my bigger camping stoves and the extra water boiling capacity. Although it's a luxury class of kettle, you only get what you pay for, It's very well made and will last for years as you can just use it and not worry about it failing in the middle of nowhere. The only thing I would mention as a word of caution is, watch out for the handles as they can get very hot if you don't regulate temperature of the fire/stove. I understand why they're Woodlore's favourite kettle, that durability is very hard to ignore.

Purchased this for use over an open flame in my chiminea. I wanted something of high quality that can withstand regular use. So far it has met my expectations. It boils the full capacity of 1.5 litres in approximately 10 minutes (fire strength depending).
The only negative thing that I can say is the lack of a spout cap. I noticed that the water absorbed the smoke and I tasted this in my coffee.
I remedied this by making my own. Unfortunately I cannot upload a picture but if you want to make your own, 22mm copper pipe with a brass insert and a 6mm hole does the trick nicely. No more ash or smoke in my water.
Maybe Eagle Products could offer a cap as an optional extra?
Anyway, great kettle. I can not really see how any competitor could beat this.

Items are made with high quality, perfect. I love this kettle.

Well, it's a kettle really. Maybe it's the hype but I love it! I have been using it indoors on my gas hob to save a few quid, boils almost as quick as a kettle, and on the top of my woodburner to slowly heat water. I decided to buy this model because I can, in the summer, throw it on a fire to boil water, so it is multi-purpose really. The hole for the spout is a bit annoying, though works fine. Would be nice if it was shaped for a more pleasant pouring experience.

The perfect kettle for both the stove and the fire. The design is perfect for bushcrafting.

Bought this kettle about a year ago and continue to be impressed with it's performance. It's so great in fact that I just ordered another one. It's nice to have a spare, and often times there's simply a need for more hot water. I could have gotten the 4 litre kettle, but as the 1.5 liter was already in our kit I thought another one would give us all the capacity we needed.
The kettle itself has a large volume and holds all manner of items while on the move, and having another doubles the protected space inside the pack.
Glad I was able to locate this item a year ago and delighted to have another both for backup and for the added capacity. This is one tough kettle that I'm happy to have along.

having seen this kettle so many times on various YouTube outdoor channels, I thought 'I've got to have one'. Couldn't find any stockists out here in Malaysia, so I sourced one with Woodlore in the UK. Placed my order on Monday 30 May, paid using my credit card and my Eagle landed today 3 June !
The service received has been unbelievable despite the 6.5K mile location difference. The kettle is absolutely awesome, a real work of art. Solid craftsmanship, quality materials and built to last. I'd seen reports of flimsy bags provided by the manufacturer but it's obvious they've listened to the feedback as mine came with a nice, stout nylon bag which should last a long time. I've already had my first cuppa from it - albeit using the gas stove in the kitchen but can't wait to get out in the field with it. The spout looks small but pours incredibly well with no spillages.
Overall, 10/10 for service from Woodlore and 10/10 for product quality. Well done Ryan and team for leading by example:-)

This is the second time I bought this product, the previous one was for the 0.7L size. A beautiful kettle, very cool. Worth the money spent.

By far the best open flame tea kettle I own. Excellent heat conduction. Large capacity. Pours without spilling. Handles stay cool and provide a secure means of holding. Retains very little water after pouring. The bag is a bit cheap, made of thin material. A bit difficult to lock the pull tab on the lid into an upright position. All in all, highly recommended.

Excellent kettle, really stable on top of my firebox stove and able to pack all of my brew kit together with a Trangia burner inside to save space. Heats up fast owing to the copper bottom and handles stay cool to touch.

I looked all over for this kettle after seeing it on some bushcraft videos. Then I found a link for it on the Ray Mears site and bought it immediately even though it was overseas. Very happy with my purchase.

This kettle is extremely well made. The way the construction of the handles is made to cross them and lay flat then hook them under the tabs at the end is perfect. It keeps the handles secure when carrying it in your backpack so the handles don't flop around. The handles are secured to the kettle very well so it can be hung over a fire with no worries of the handles coming loose. There are also extra tabs that can be used to hook the kettle to a backpack without putting it in the carrying sack that comes with it. Speaking of that it comes with a great high quality carrying sack. All of the tabs on the kettle are high quality so there is never a worry of them breaking off. The lid fits perfectly and has never come loose. We love that is has a copper bottom to withstand the high heat of a campfire. We found that the 1.5 Litre is a perfect size for 2 people. I can't say enough good things about this kettle. Don't settle for an imitation. The Eagle Kettle is absolutely the one you want.

A quality product. Just thought it was worth mentioning that the handles do fold down flat, that's what the little hoops are for. They've also put it in a new gray bag as I know some people weren't to fond of the colour of the old one.

This is a perfect kettle.

Light weight and looks great, heats up quickly.

Not sure if its the same with most of the kettles but on mine one of the handles has a tendency to spring back fast over the hole which can be annoying. Would have been good to have a proper handle or something on the lid to remove it without burning yourself but this is easily fixed with a bit of wood or string attached to the flush handle. Overall great little kettle.

The Eagle products 1.5L kettle is well made and a flatter shape and large lid make for easy packing. The Achilles heel is the lid is a loose fit and when tipping the kettle to fully empty it the lid falls out allowing steam to scold the hand.
