As always a prompt and friendly service from Woodlore.
A very sharp knife which feels comfortable in the hand. This is my 2nd knife from Mora, they are great knives for the money. I look forward to using it very soon.

Great knife! Came razor sharp and has stayed that way due to it being carbon steel which holds a superb edge.

This is a good knife for the cost, value for money. After a few weeks the very tip broke off, 2-3 mm when I was carving out a small hole, surprised, but other than that it is fine, it stays sharp fairly well. One thing I have noticed is the wooden handle gets very mucky and changes colour quite quickly, it does not clean up too well either. But as I said you can't complain that much for the cost, it is my first carving knife and for that it is fine. When I am ready I will buy a better knife and my beginner skills have improved :)
Service was quick and efficient.

I am a real beginner when it comes to carving/ whittling. I did some research and these are good knives at a good price, delivery was very quick within a week to NZ! Great product, great service and a joy to use this knife, saving for an axe next.

Good knife if you are just a beginner in the art of wood carving, at a very good price.

Great little carving craft knife.
Used by my teenager to make bespoke Xmas presents and carving driftwood.
Lovely looking and fit for purpose it could be made extra special with a leather sheath for an additional cost. But guess you could buy/make one too. But wooden handle feels / looks quality and very sharp. Very happy with purchase and would recommend.

The knife was very high quality and had a sharp, strong blade.
It arrived sooner than I expected and when I had to verify my age the customer support was quick to respond.

You simply can't fault this knife, it's the perfect carving tool. Don't let the blade thickness deceive you into thinking that the Mora clipper will carve better because it has 2mm blade thickness over the 2.7 on this carver, the major difference is the bevel size it's much much wider / larger making for a fine edge, razor sharp and durable. I don't like the sheath, the Mora heavy duty sheath is far better.

Beautiful little knife, very easy to hold and ultra sharp.
I was using my original Alan Wood Ray Mears knife for carving but I prefer this one, much lighter and easier to use for intricate carving.

Wanted something thinner than the standard Mora bushcraft knife for more detailed work (on spoons so far). Handles well and was very sharp. Good value.

Pretty much the same as my review for the 120 Mora.

Razor sharp on receipt, stays sharp too (as does the 120). Surprising how a knife can slice, cut and carve wood. I am very pleased with both knives and the service I received. There are more expensive knives and no doubt they are good/great. If you are starting out or looking to supplement a collection or teach someone these are fine knives for all of those, and most likely more. Very pleased with the way I have been able to pay a reasonable amount and get results that I (as a beginner) can say I did that and smile.

Switching between knives is easy as both have the same handle types so it never feels odd. I could carve and whittle away for a couple of hours with these and then my hands where tired - no pains/ stiff knuckles or fingers the next day either. Truly happy with both Mora 106 and 120. Able to detail easily, carve easily and enjoy working with good tools.
