Brilliant hats, I have several. No itch and don't sweat.

Fantastic beanie, I can't believe how warm this hat is! I usually wear a woolpower beanie for work which fails miserably compared to this. It's very soft as well, and all natural materials. Would recommend.

These are really nice hats of good quality. The feel is super soft due to the materials they are made of. It's comfy and warm and it's nice knowing that I have natural materials on my head and not man made fibres. However I have dropped one star as it's fit is rather loose for me (I don't have a small head) and I think a strong wind in the wrong direction might send it over the cliff edge. I am more than happy with it, just a little looser than I'd prefer.

This hat is so soft, and the double layer means it is incredibly warm. I've been coveting this hat (belonging to a friend) for years; it's a beauty.

In effect the shape of an eggshell when opened out, with one half inside the other it forms the shape of the hat. Unfortunately due to the 'slipperyness' of the material and the shape of the human head, it rides up quite soon the outer layer over the inside layer. This results in an excess of material at the top of the head, which lacks 'elegance'. It will not prevent your head getting cold if there is enough wind. I suspect these comments apply to all colours, not just Jungle. But they are made with 'craftsmanship', are 'desirable' and 'heirlooms', so that's alright then.

The best hat I have ever owned!
I was a little sceptical of the price tag, but it's worth every penny. It is the lightest, warmest, softest and coziest hat I have ever owned. Only downside is you'll have trouble taking it off, as you won't want to...

Light, warm and comfortable woolly hat. I have a large head ( e.g L /XL when getting bike or climbing helmet) and this still fits OK.

This is hands down the most comfortable beanie I've ever worn. Being a bald chap, head coverings at this time of year (UK winter) are really important especially when I'm out in the woods bushcrafting or birdwatching. The hat is warm but breathable, and the possum fur is soft and also eliminates the slight itchiness you can get sometimes with merino. I won't leave home without it now for several months and can heartily recommend it.

This is my third purchase of the Beanie after losing the previous 2. Goes to show I personally find this Beanie practical, versatile and very warm.

Hands down the best Beanie you will ever wear. Everything about it is perfect, lightweight, warm, comfortable & looks amazing. I'm going to have to order another one because my wife wants it.

Sooooo comfy - warm and soft natural fibres and fits really well, this is my second beanie as lost the first, will never buy another beanie again!.. (unless I lose this one and have to buy another!)

Love this beanie, love the feel and warmth. Fast shipping from the UK, took about a little over a week to arrive, pretty fast from overseas. If you have a favorite color, I would recommend getting these while they are in stock, they sold out fast last year and winter was over before they were able to restock. My only complaint was that I wish it was a little longer, like 2 inches longer, so it would completely cover my ears, and it does ride up a little while i was walking. But I'm still giving it 5 stars for the warmth and softness of the material.

My husband has been obsessed - that is the only word I can think of with these hats ever since first visiting New Zealand some years ago and wears them nearly all year round. They are super soft, super warm and he maintains they also keep his poor balding head cool in warmer weather! He has had several of them. We tried another brand/style but returned them and came back to Noble Wilde beanies - no competition apparently. So that's Christmases and birthdays sorted for the next twenty years! As an aside - when we go back to visit NZ people often think he's a local because of his beanie! Please never stop selling them!

I love this beanie. It's so soft, luxurious, warm and light. It's like pulling on a warm hug around your head. Instant warmth, comfort and happiness.

Second of these hats. I've had the other for what must be 15 years or so - still the warmest. Bought a different colour this time. There are cheaper but none lighter and warmer for me - also cheaper than some other on-line suppliers of quality ourdoor clothing.

This is a very soft comfortable beanie. The weight to warmth ratio is over the top. I think this would be a great beanie when weight matters like a cool weather backpacking trip. The reason for 3 stars is like other people have mentioned it is a little tough putting on once broken in. That's not a big deal breaker for me. The thing I dislike the most is it's about a two inches too short to fully double up over the ears once it is broken in and has got soaked a few times. Over all it's a very comfortable beanie, and would make most people very happy.

This is the 3rd Noble Wilde Beanie I've purchased & this one was for a friend. I have one in Black & Oyster the color shown. This is the best winter cap ever. The combination of merino wool, possum fur, & silk make this so soft & comfortable you won't want to take it off. My buddy is blown away and has worn his night and day since he received it. He is a bald dude and claims he doesn't sweat and after wearing the cap day & night for two weeks the cap is odorless. This is the best deal on the market. I keep the Black one in my go back. You absolutely need to purchase one.

My first Noble Beanie. The name makes me smile, and knowing I have Possum on my head makes me smile. It really is soft, light, double layered, breathes well, and so very warm. It's a real confidence piece of kit, knowing you're going to be warm, no matter what. Until one comes across someone wet and cold, having a bad day out, so you give your beanie away, or am I just a lost soul magnet. I must get a spare.

Softest beanie I've ever owned. Keeps me as warm as more expensive and bulkier beanies that are not near as soft & comfortable. This was a purchase of 2 for Christmas presents as I got one for me a few months ago. HIGHLY recommend.

I purchased this hat for my dad for Christmas - I think it is the 4th or 5th of these hats I have gifted him so far. He loves them for the quality and the warmth.

I was seeking a lightweight beanie that would not make my head itch while keeping me warm. This exceeds expectations. Hardly know I have it on yet performance is superb. And, unlike with many other wool or synthetic hats, it doesn't feel uncomfortable over time. The wool/fur/silk mix is a magical combo... Wish I had discovered this beanie earlier and highly recommend it for when temperatures fall.
