I recently purchased one of your beautiful leather notebooks from the Woodlore shop and I will treasure it and enjoy using it on my travels.
Just one suggestion for Becky to consider is to make some matching pen/pencil holders to use with the books.
Either a simple loop stitched into the book cover, or even better a seperate leather pen holder on a piece of elastic, which would also serve as a book mark?

I can buy something like this on eBay, but would be lovely to have it made of the same leather as the notebook (and might be another easy way to use up small scraps of leather too !)

Beautiful leather, tactile and functional. Very pleased with this item. One thing that might be worth considering is making the premium canvas and leather pouch a tiny bit bigger so the notebook fits more easily inside it, to one side not just in the middle. Both are great though, thank you.

Beautifully made item - very elegant looking colour stain and embossed in a very subtle way. A little bit pricey but only a fraction more than a lower crafted piece when you consider the included Moleskine journals.

As always the quality of items from the Ray Mears shop is fantastic. The leather work is impeccable and the notebook inserts are Moleskin branded. I bought this as a gift and the recipient was over the moon. I am almost tempted to get one for myself. Very nice. The delivery was quick and reasonably priced. I am a happy customer.

It is a really well made notebook cover that should serve you for many years on the trail. I just wish woodlore would stock the spare notebooks that come with it.

if you want a pocket book that is practical and made to a high quality then this is it! I am very happpy with this item and will be using it when I go abroad in the next few months. You get what you pay for!
