Here at Woodlore HQ, we asked the members of our full-time team to pick their favourite courses and pieces of kit from our range, to find out just what it is that makes them so good. Woodlore's Head of Operations, Dan Hume, picked his Rogue Desert Boots:

These tough, ankle-high boots are one of the most comfortable items of footwear I’ve worn; they are more like a pair of slippers than boots, in terms of comfort. Personally, they rarely leave my feet, and the same goes for most people I’ve spoken to who own a pair. They are equally at home with a pair of jeans in town as they are with outdoors wear in the woods, which makes them a firm personal favourite. Of course, they excel in dry conditions; after all, they are designed for the desert. Naturally, they are very light and airy, their grip on rock and most ground conditions is very good and they are extremely quiet which means they are particularly good for approaching wildlife and are a great choice for many other activities.[caption id="attachment_5280" align="aligncenter" width="433"]

For outings in wet weather, simply put on a pair of SealSkinz socks and your feet remain dry without the hindrance of a large, cumbersome boot. These boots are a pleasure to wear, they are soft and quiet whilst retaining the iconic toughness of Rogue, meaning they will be reliable companions for many a season. - Dan Hume

David,
there is a supplier with 8 M59 shirts currently on ebay – I have one and they are excellent.
David, it’s a Swedish M59 shirt and seem to be a bit rare. However, I just purchased one on eBay and it’s simply a brilliant piece of kit.
Just curious – what are the summer weight shirts I see the Woodlore team wearing in all these photos? Looks like a great piece of kit but don’t see it in your store…am I missing it? Thanks!
Nice looking pair of boots, man.
Very traditional look – almost like moccasins.
