I would love to spend just one hour in the company of Ray. I watch his programmes when I am allowed!, I became disabled 25 years ago and was very active and I am still am a big wildlife and woodcraft fan. But due to my disability which is to do with my leg and foot sometimes find it difficult to do what I would like to do. I live in Norfolk which is full of wildlife and beautiful areas and I would just love to explore a little more and I think that with Rays help and guidance I would be able to do more and I could hopefully pass what I learn from Ray on to another generation my Grandson, it is so important that the skills and knowledge from our ancestors are not lost. I may be physically disabled but not in mind. It would mean alot to me to spend just a little bit of time and be able to speak to a man who holds the environment and it in habitents with the same respect as I believe in. If I don’t get the chance great show and keep trying to get the all important message out there Ray. Tony Norfolk.

I would love to learn some new bushcraft skills from Ray so I can pass them on to my son and wife.

It makes a change to see someone like Ray giving advice on the countryside, unlike all the ex special forces experts we see, (some of whom I have been trained by)I was brought up with the likes of ‘Out of Towns’ Jack Hargreaves. It would be facinating to spend a day with Ray, just to enjoy what many of us just walk by without noticing. My wife thinks he’s great!

have been intrested in bushcraft for many years and injoyed rays books and t.v shows and would love to spend a day on a course with the man himself.learning from the many years of knowledge ray has on bushcraft.

What a pity! I´m an inhabitant of Germany and not allowed to enter the competition. Ray Mears is not that well known in Germany but I found some of his DVD´s by chance. As a biology teacher I must say that I really enjoyed an d learnd something from the show. Especially Wild Food Britain. It changed my view.
